Using the latest photographic and AutoCad technology, we are able to design your conservatory and produce high quality computer-aided-designs.

 

We have 2 methods for measuring and designing your conservatory, dependant upon where you are located in the U.K.

Method 1 - Within 200 miles of Derby.

We will travel to your property and take the measurements and photographs we need to complete your plans. This service costs between £289.00 and £349.00, dependant upon where you are located.

We will then draw the plans for your Conservatory Planning Permission Application, submit them to your local authority Planning Department and act as agent until the Planning decision arrives.

If you are further away than 200 miles, please contact us as we may still be able to call out to you and take the measurements.

 

Method 2 - Self Survey (U.K. wide) - £249.00

Download our design pack and take your own measurements and photographs as described below. This service costs £249.00 and you will be taking your own simple survey and photographs.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1

Download our self survey pack here:

1. Print all of the A4 PDF sheets in the pack on an A4 printer.

2. Take several photo's of the property from various positions and angles in the garden.

3. Take a simple measured survey of the property as explained in the pack.

4. Return the measurements and conservatory design back to us by email or post.

5. If we need any further measurements we will call or email you, so don't worry if you think you've missed some measurements, we will let you know.

Step 2

We will then complete your drawings and send you a PDF copy for you to view on your computer.

Step 3

We will then send you 4 copies of the plans through the post, and email you a PDF file should you wish to print your own additional copies off.

Step 4

We will then submit your Conservatory Planning Application to your Local Authority and act as agent until the Planning decision arrives.
